وكيل الأعمال الفلاحي

Abstract

يعتبر وكيل الأعمال الفلاحي من الأعمال المستجدة في الواقع العملي بين الناس، ونظرا لعدم وجود تقنين خاص بمهنة وكالة الأعمال الفلاحية نجد أن المشرع قد نص عليها من خلال منظورين وهما القطاع الفلاحي المتمثل في العقار الفلاحي أو الأرض الفلاحية ومظاهره من خلال الاستصلاح وحماية البيئة. أما المنظور الثاني فهو عقد الوكالة المبرم بين الوكيل والمستثمر الفلاحي المتمثل في المرافقة الإدارية والمالية. هذا وتنتهي الوكالة لأسباب عامة وخاصة، ويكون الوكيل مسؤولا عن التصرفات التي يقوم أثناء تنفيذ الوكالة فقد تعود عليه بالإيجاب كما قد تعود بالسلب. الكلمات المفتاحية: ;وكيل ؛ القطاع الفلاحي ؛ المستثمر الفلاحي . Abstract: The agent of agricultural business is one of the emerging works in the practical reality among people, and due to the absence of a specific legalization of the profession of the agency of agricultural business, we find that the legislator has dealt with it through two perspectives namely the agricultural sector represented by agricultural land and its manifestations through reclamation and environmental protection. Or the second perspective in the agency contract concluded between the agent and the agricultural investor represented in the administrative and financial accompaniment. The agency ends for general and private reasons, and the agent is responsible for the actions he performs during the implementation of the agency, as it may return positively to him as it may return negatively. Résumé : Le mandataire d'entreprise agricole est l'un des travaux émergents dans la réalité pratique parmi les gens, et en raison de l'absence d'une légalisation spécifique de la profession de mandat d'entreprise agricole, nous constatons que législateur l'a traité à travers deux perspectives, à savoir le secteur agricole représenté par l'immobilier agricole et les terres agricoles et ses manifestations à travers la bonification et la protection de l'environnement. Ou la deuxième perspective et le contrat de mandat conclu entre le mandataire et l'investisseur agricole représenté dans l'accompagnement administratif et financier. Le mandat prend fin pour des raisons générales et privés, et le mandat est responsable des actions qu'il accomplit lors de la mise en œuvre de mandat, tant cela peut lui revenir positivement comme cela peut lui revenir négativement.
