Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تستهدف الدراسة قياس اتجاهات الصحفيين الجزائريين نحو مشروع قانون الاعلام الجديد 2022 و تسليط الضوء على ماجاء به من مستجدات و تعديلات للقانون الاسبق . و تستعرض الدراسة في ايطارها النظري تاريخ قانون الاعلام في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال ) قانون الاعلام في فترة ما قيل التعددية الحزبية , قانون الاعلام في الجزائر بعد التعددية الحزبية و مشروع قانون الاعلام 2022 . تطرقت في جانبها التطبيقي اتجاهات الصحفيين الجزائريين على ما جاء به مشروع قانون الاعلام 2022 .

Abstract : The study aims to measure journalist’s attitudes toward the new 2022 medea law and shed light on its developments and amendments compared to the previous law . Within its theoretical framework the study examines the history of media law in Algeria since independence ,) including the media law before party pluralism , the media law after party pluralism and the 2022 media law project . in its practical aspect , the study explores the prospectives of Algerian journalists regarding the provisions of the 2022 media law .
