Abstract

ملخص: مثلت الصحافة في بداية القرن العشرين المتنفس الأكبر للنخبة الجزائرية في تونس للتعبير عن هموم الناس وايصال مشاغلهم ونشر الوعي في صفوفهم ونقد معارضة السلطة الاستعمارية الفرنسية، حاولنا أثناء بحثنا فهم الواقع التونسي سياسيا واجتماعيا وثقافيا وفكريا، من خلال شخصية جزائرية هاجرت إلى تونس وهي الطيب بن عيسى، ودراسة ما كتبه في مقالات جريدته المشير التي أسسها سنة 1911م واستنطاق أقلامها وتبيين رأيته من كل المجريات التاريخية التي حصلت في تونس في النصف الأول من القرن العشرين إلى حدود وفاته سنة 1965.

Abstract: The press represented at the beginning of the twentieth century the largest outlet for the Algerian elite in Tunisia to express people's concerns, communicate their concerns, spread awareness among them, and criticize the opposition to the French colonial authority. And studying what he wrote in the articles of his newspaper, Al-Musheer, which he founded in 1911 AD, and questioning its pens, and clarifying his opinion of all the historical events that took place in Tunisia in the first half of the twentieth century until his death in 1965.

La presse représentait au début du XXe siècle le plus grand débouché de l'élite algérienne en Tunisie pour exprimer les inquiétudes des gens, les communiquer, les sensibiliser et critiquer l'opposition à l'autorité coloniale française. articles de son journal, Al-Musheer, qu'il a fondé en 1911 après JC, et questionnant ses plumes, et précisant son opinion sur tous les événements historiques qui se sont déroulés en Tunisie dans la première moitié du XXe siècle jusqu'à sa mort en 1965.
