دور السياسة المالية في جذب الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر :دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 200-2014

Abstract

Our study is concerned with analyzing financial policy which is one of the important means used to stimulate and attract FDI ; Algeria is among the countries that have made notable efforts to improve its investment climate to attract foreign investors and direct them to wards sectors that will trigger growth, and increase the influx of foreign capital s, through the creation of the legal framework and the establishment of bodies for follow -up and upgrade investments,and granting stimulus tax, and expansion of public expenditure go to raising the creation of infrastructure and grassroots development . This study has proved the weak financial policy impact on attracting foreign direct investment flows in Algeria, during the period 2000-2014 which reflects the ineffectiveness of national financial policy in attracting this type of investment. The most important recommendations that concluded by this study, are creation and improvement the infrastructures especially in industrial areas, providing a preferential treatment to activities that marked with different forms of integration and those that are setting up training and rehabilitation of Local human resources
