The main aim of this work is to prepare a natural emulsifier and a healing cream using this emulsifier and the plant extract of Teuricum polium L. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of tannins and quinones, and that it is non-toxic at a concentration of 800mg/kg. Polyphenol assays showed that the ethanolic extract of Teuricum polium L contained 83.33mg EAG/g. Measurement of antioxidant activity showed that IC50% was 2.56 μg/ml. The results obtained showed that among the formulations tested: F1 and F5 were the most stable using the prepared emulsifier which consists of potassium olivate, emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol and soy lecithin. This emulsifier enables hot emulsification by the one-pot method. Characterization of the prepared healing cream showed it to be an oil-in-water emulsion of pH 6 (after adjustment), conductivity 860μsiemens/cm. Activated charcoal is prepared using the biomass of Teuricum polium L, recovered after extraction, was used for the preparation of an activated charcoal soft soapfr_FR
