Abstract

This study dealt with the phenomenon of the transformation of many commercials banks to Islamic banking by opening branches and Islamic windows affiliated that perform Islamic banking services. In this study we explored the reality of Islamic windows through its inceptions, definitions, activities and services as well as the regulations that govern these windows, this study also aims to know the role that Islamic windows play in financing local development. As for the applied study, i twas took place at the National Bank of Algeria ‘ BNA’ one of the most important commercial banks, where we touched on the various Islamic financing formulas applied in the agency which was represented in the Murabaha, Leasing, Islamic Saving Accounts and Islamic Investment Accounts.
