| dc.description.abstract | Learning vocabulary is important in building up foreign student’s fluency. Because Learning vocabulary presents a big challenge, EFL young learners face several obstacles such as learning and memorising new words. This study investigates the role of role-playing games in enhancing young learner’s vocabulary. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted at a private foreign languages school based on a quantitative data collection method. As the data collecting procedure, we relied on written and oral tests, field observations, and interviews. The experiment was conducted on two groups followed by written and oral tests. The students then had to answer a questionnaire about their opinion on using role-playing games in learning vocabulary. The results analysis of this study proved that implementing role-playing games in English classrooms has a significant positive effect in enhancing young learners fluency in general and vocabulary in particular. | fr |
