Abstract

The study aims indentifying the factors that affect the choice of the financial structure in the Algerian companies, through the database of Sonalgaze during the period 2011-2017. Multiple and simple regressions were used to examine the impact between independent variable (size, age, economic efficiency, guaranties, growth, liquidity and profitability) and debt as the dependent variable.
