أثر إقتصاد المعرفة في النمو الإقتصادي- دراسة تحليلية قياسية لحالة الدول العربية خلال الفترة 1990-2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of knowledge economy on economic growth in the Arab countries during the period (1990-2017), by using a set of indicators represent the four pillars of the knowledge economy, the model was estimated using the Pooled Mean Group (PMG) method, The empirical results indicates that innovation, information and communications technology and economic and institutional regime have positive and significant effects on economic growth, but human capital have non-significant effects, The study concludes that the knowledge economy is an important determinant of economic growth, requires investment in it to achieve economic development.
