Abstract

In this study, we tried to highlight the most important implications of the process of re-engineering administrative processes on the administrative performance of institutions of higher education, highlighting the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Madaya as a spatial space for study. Administrative aspects and ways of applying them in the public sector, In addition, we have given a concept on higher education, its importance and its most important functions, while mentioning the most important stages and principles of higher education in Algeria and some indicators related to it. The study was conducted by a sample of the faculty and administrative staff of 40 members of the study community, who were randomly selected. , And the study used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. To validate or reject the hypotheses, the spss program was used. The study concluded with a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the application of the reengineering approach to administrative processes as well as the positive reflection between the reengineering of administrative processes and management performance but not the strong relationship, which explains why more attention should be paid to applying this approach through a set of points mentioned in Proposals of this study
