Abstract

This study sought to determine the impact of the empowerment of the performance workers at the Algerian Communications Directorate in Medea.The empowerment of workers in its five dimensions (delegation of authority, teams, training, motivation, effective communication) was determined.The dimensions of performance were determined (amount of effort, effort,performance pattern ) in order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting data from the sample of 27 persons. The statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the questionnaire d ata, based on the various statistical methods used in the research.The results were Most notably there : 1.on effect after (teams)on the performance of employees in Algeria Telecom directorate of Medea. 2.There is no impact of the dimensions (delegation of authority, training, motivation, effective communication) on the performance of the Directorate of communication in Algeria. The study recommends that attention be paid to other dimensions and make the latter an opportunity to develop in order to raise the level of performance of the employees of the organization.
