| dc.description | و في خلاصة موضوع الدراسة الموسوم بالجرائم الإرهابية في التشريع الجزائري حيث عالج البحث الجريمة الإرهابية و كيفية مواجهتها من طرف التشريع الجزائري، حيث يتسنى لنا التعريف بالجريمة الإرهابية والتي عرفت بأنها من أخطر الجرائم التي شهدها العام عموما و الجزائر خصوصا و التطرق لصورها أولا مع ذكر خصائصها، ثم الخوض في الشق الثاني إلى المتبعة الجزائية للجرائم الإرهابية التي تتمتع بخصوصية عن باقي الجرائم الأخرى و العقوبات المقررة لهذه الجريمة و التي تمتعت بطابع من التشديد والردع من طرف التشريع الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإرهاب، الرعب، الجرائم. Abstract: In conclusion, the topic of the studyislabeledterrorist crimes in Algerian legislation, where the researchdealtwith the terrorist crime and how to confrontit by Algerian legislation, wherewecandefine the terrorist crime, whichisknown as one of the mostdangerous crimes witnessed by the year in general and Algeria in particular, and addressits images first, mentioningitscharacteristics. Then, in the second part, wedelveinto the criminalprocedure for terrorist crimes, which are distinct fromother crimes, and the penalties prescribed for this crime, whichenjoy a nature of aggravation and deterrence by Algerian legislation. Keywords:terrorism, horror, crimes. résumé: En conclusion, le thème de l'étude est intitulé les crimes terroristes dans la législation algérienne, où la recherche a porté sur le crime terroriste et comment y faire face par la législation algérienne, où l'on peut définir le crime terroriste, qui est connu comme l'un des plus dangereux. crimes dont a été témoin l'année en général et l'Algérie en particulier, et abordons d'abord ses images, en évoquant ses caractéristiques. Puis, dans une deuxième partie, nous approfondissons la procédure pénale pour les crimes terroristes, qui se distinguent des autres crimes, et les sanctions prévues. pour ce crime, qui bénéficient d'un caractère d'aggravation et de dissuasion par la législation algérienne.
