Abstract

This study aims at clarifying the relationship between oil prices and the budget deficit in Algeria during the period 2010-2017, and clarifying the contribution of the financial surpluses to reducing the budget deficit. This study found that the Unrestricted Resources and Financing Fund (TRFF) contributed as funding mechanisms to finance the budget deficit and maintain financial balances in Algeria
