The main objective of this work is to regulate the exchange of active and reactive power between the double-fed asynchronous generator and the grid by acting on the signals from the rotor via a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) voltage source inverter. This work presents the study of a wind energy conversion system based on a double-fed asynchronous generator (DFIG), using the Backstepping command. The Backstepping control is chosen for its ability to handle model uncertainty problems effectively. The simulation results obtained show the effectiveness of the Backstepping control approach to improve the performance of the wind power system.fr
