المرأة المقاولة ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة التي قمنا بها إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية المرأة المقاولة ودورها الكبير في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية ، حيث تعتبر المقاولة النسوية عنصر مهم في النهوض بالقطاع الإقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية ، وكيفية دعم الدولة للمقاولة النسوية عن طريق الوكالات ومدى نجاعة هذه الوكالات في تجسيد مخططات الدولة في دعم المرأة المقاولة ومرافقتها أثناء مرحلة بناء مشروعها الخاص، وعليه قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية لنساء المقاولات بولاية المدية أخذنا مجتمع الدراسة الذي كان يضم أربع نساء مقاولات من مختلف مناطق الولاية ،حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج دراسة الحالة لأنه الأنسب لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات، قصد الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات، وذلك بإعداد دليل المقابلة وهذا من أجل إجراء المقابلة مع العينة المختارة و كان عددها أربع نساء مقاولات ، وبعدها قمنا بتحليل النتائج ومناقشتها سوسيولوجيا ، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا مدى دور المرأة المقاولة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية .

Study summary: This study that we conducted aims to shed light on the importance of women entrepreneurs and their significant role in achieving economic development, as women entrepreneurship is an important element in advancing the economic sector and achieving economic development, and how the state supports women entrepreneurship through agencies and the extent of the effectiveness of these agencies in embodying the state's plans In supporting the entrepreneurial woman and accompanying her during the stage of building her own project, and accordingly we conducted a field study of the entrepreneurial women in the state of Medea. Answering the problem raised and verifying the validity of the hypotheses, by preparing an interview guide and this is in order to conduct the interview with the selected sample, which consisted of four female entrepreneurs, and then we analyzed the results and discussed them sociologically, and through the results obtained, it was clear to us the extent of the role of female entrepreneurs in achieving economic development
