Abstract

Generalities about the role of the banking system which is considered the basic entrance for this study in addition to the role of governance in the banking system. then , the study discussed general concepts about the quality of commercial banks which is an important factor related to the banking system governance& after that, the practical part when wetried to know the extent of improving the governance of the banking system on the quality of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (BADR) services, Medea agency & In this part we have analyzed the clients bank opinions in which we relied on the survey and SPSS program .
