أثر الصناعات الثقافية الرقمية على الأمن الثقافي للمجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بحث أثر للصناعات الثقافية شاملة وأثر الصناعات الثقافية التركية على وجه التحديد على الأمن الثقافي للمجتمع الجزائري ،بالأخص بالشق السلبي ،عبر التعرض لحلقات الموسم الأول من مسلسل طائر الرفراف نموذجا عن هذه الصناعات ،كصناعة حديثة التسويق تزامنا مع فترة إجراء الدراسة ،لغرض الكشف عن الأبعاد المتضمنة بمحتويات المقاطع محل عينة البحث من حلقات هذا الموسم ،والمقارنة بين المبادئ التي تحملها هذه الصناعة ومبادئ الهوية الثقافية الجزائرية ،زيادة على الكشف عن العادات والسلوكيات المكتسبة بالوسط الجزائري جراء التعرض للصناعة المنتقاة ،وتوضيح كيفية انعكاس القيم المقدمة بهذه الصناعة في نسختيها الإفتراضية بالدرجة الأولى ،على النواتين المحيطة والمركزية المكونة لثقافة المجتمع الجزائري. لنتوصل بنتائج الدراسة إلى حقيقة وجود علاقة بين تزايد ابتعاد أفراد المجتمع الجزائري عن مقومات الهوية الثقافية مع تزايد انتشار الصناعات الثقافية الرقمية ،التي تزامنت مع فترة عرض مسلسل طائر الرفراف عرضا مزدوجا ؛ في نسختيه التلفزيونية والرقمية ،استنادا إلى انتشار عديد المظاهر التي تضمنها المسلسل بين شرائح المجتمع الجزائري على العموم ،وبين أفراد شبابه الجامعي خصوصا ،مثل تداول المفردات التركية بالحياة اليومية ،وكذا وجدنا أن الغاية الأساسية خلف بث قيم هذه الصناعات التمكن من الأمن القومي الجزائري ،عبر التمكن من الأمن الثقافي ،كوسيلة غزو ناعمة ،إضافة إلى أن ورود مبيعات لهذه الصناعة في الطابع الرقمي المتسم بحرية الإقتناء والتعرض ،مقارنة بنسختها التقليدية هو ما زاد من تهديد هذه الصناعة للأمن الهوياتي للمجتمع الجزائري. كما توصلنا إلى أن عمل معدِي هذه الصناعات الثقافية التركية على ممارسة تكريس العلمانية في صورة القيم الإسلامية يعد عاملا مهما في سهولة تمكنها من تشتيت الصورة الذهنية السليمة المكونة بفكر أفراد المجتمع الجزائري لهويتهم الثقافية ،بتصويرها على أنها قيم غير منافية لقيمهم الأساسية ،ناهيك عن توصلنا إلى زيادة انتشار العديد من السلوكيات المخلة بالأمن الثقافي للمجتمع الجزائري ،المحتواة بمضمون الصناعة الثقافية الرقمية محل الدراسة أثناء فترة التعرض ؛ مثل ظاهرة الإنتحار ،العنف وهروب الفتيات بموعد الزفاف..وغيرها من المظاهر المشوهة لصورة الهوية الثقافية الجزائرية. This study seeks examine the impact of cultural industries in general ,and Turkish cultural industries in particular ,on the cultural security of Algerian society ,Especially in the negative aspect ,by examining the episodes of the first season of the series "The kingfisher" as model of these industries ,as a modern maketing indusy ,coinciding with the period of conducting the study ,in order to reveal the dimensions included in the contents of the clips under study from the episodes of the clips under study from the episodes of this season ,and to compare between the principles carried by this industry and the principles of Algerian cultural identity ,in addition to revealing the habits and behaviors acquired in the Algerian envierment as a result of exposure to the select industry ,and clarifying how the values presented by this industry ,in its virtual version in the first place ,are reflected on the two surrounding and central cores that make up the culture of Algerian society. The study‘s findings reveal a correlation between the increasing alienation of Algerian society from its cultural identity and the growing prevalence of digital cultural industries ,this correlation is based on the widespread adoption of various aspect in general ,and among university students in particular in daily life ,furthermore wefound that the primary objective behind disseminating the values of these industries is to undermine Algerian national security by targeting cultural security ,a from of power the availability of these products in digital formats ,characterized by free acces and acquisition compared to traditional formats ,has amplified the threat they pose to the identity security of Algerian society. We also concluded that the efforts of those producing the Turkish cultural products to promote secularism within the framework of Islamic values are a significant factor in their ability to distort the sound mental image held by members of Algerian society regarding their cultural identity ,this achieved by portraying these secular values as compatible with their core values as compatible with their core values ,moreover ,we abserved an increase in behaviors that undermine the cultural security of Algerian society ,behaviors embedded within the content of the studied digital cultural industries during the exposure period ,such as the phenomenon of…suicide ,violence ,and girls running away from their weddings…and other manifestations that distort the image of Algerian cultural identity.
