Abstract

Intellectual capital is receiving increasing attention from researchers and administrators alike, as it is considered a source of strategic behavior within organizations, as it is considered one of the most important methods and strategies that seek to achieve qualitative development and rise to global levels, as it aims to support levels of creativity and innovation, which in turn leads To achieve one of the dimensions of the pioneering orientation or support the competitive position of the institution in the markets. The main objective of this study is to identify the extent of the impact of intellectual capital on achieving entrepreneurial orientation at the level of business organizations. Where the results showed a positive role of intellectual capital in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the researcher presented a proposed conception of intellectual capital and its nature in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation of organizations, and this is based on what was addressed in the theoretical framework for each of the two variables At the end of the research, we reached a number of results, the most important of which are: -The components of intellectual capital have a positive impact in promoting and supporting the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation; - There is a correlation between the intellectual capital requirements, which is (creativity, innovation and achieving excellence) and the dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation, which is (the orientation towards creativity, competitiveness, and flexibility). Based on the results, we concluded a set of suggestions, the most important of which are: - Organizations should practice the concept of pioneering orientation with its dimensions for leaders and all employees to achieve competitive excellence; Organizations should support talents and competencies to seize opportunities that, in turn, aim for an entrepreneurial orientation; - Harnessing the available capabilities to strengthen the chances of success and achieve the entrepreneurial orientation; Contribute and work to activate teamwork within the organization and encourage the spirit of initiative and creativity to provide the best results.
