| dc.description | تعد الوظيفة العمومية من بين أهم موضوعات القانون الإداري والتي تهتم بتنظيم كافة جوانب حياة الموظفين العموميين بداية من دخولهم فيها وعيشهم لكافة محطات الحياة المهنية من تعيين وترسيم، ترقية وتكوين، إلى غاية خروجهم منها، مصادفين بين هذا وذاك ما يعرف بالمناصب العليا التي يتقلدها الموظف العمومي كآلية لتأطير النشاطات التقنية والإدارية على مستوى المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية المختلفة. تهدف دراستنا الى التطرق للإطار القانوني المنظم للمناصب العليا في تشريع الوظيفة العمومية الجزائري، من خلال تبيان مفهوم هذا النظام والخصائص المحيطة به، إضافة الى تسليط الضوء على المسار المهني لشاغلي هاته المناصب من لحظة تقلدها الى غاية الإنفصال عنها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوظيفة العمومية، الموظف العمومي، المناصب العليا. Abstract: Public service is among the most important topics in administrative law, focusing on regulating all aspects of the lives of public employees, starting from their entry and throughout their professional journey until their exit. This study aims to address the legal framework governing Hight Positions in Algerian public service legislation, by defining the concept of this system and its surrounding characteristics, while also shedding light on the career paths of those holding these positions from assumption to separation. Résumé : Notre étude vise à explorer le cadre juridique régissant les postes supérieures dans la législation algérienne sur la fonction publique, en définissant le concept de ce système et ses caractéristiques, tout en mettant en lumière les trajectoires professionnelles des titulaires de ces postes depuis leur prise de fonction jusqu'à leur départ.
