الصدمة النفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصدمة النفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، وقد تم تحديد الإشكالية وطرح التساؤل التالي لدراستنا: - هل تعاني النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي من الصدمة النفسية؟ يتفرع هذا السؤال العام إلى الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: - ما مستوى الصدمة النفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي ؟ - ما أعراض الصدمة النفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي ؟ وشملت الدراسة جانبين جانب نظري يحتوي على ثلاث فصول، الفصل الأول يعرض الإطار العام للدراسة، والفصل الثاني حول الصدمة النفسية والفصل الثالث حول سرطان الثدي، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد احتوى على البحث الميداني، والتحقق من الفرضيات، اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي و أداة المقابلة نصف الموجهة، وكذا استخدام مقياس تقييم الصدمة النفسية لتروماك، تم إجراء الدراسة على 4 حالات نساء مصابات بسرطان الثدي في وضعية استشفائية بعد التشخيص بورم خبيث على مستوى مستشفى محمد بوضياف بالمدية. وبعد تحليل مقابلة الحالات وحساب نتائج المقياس، تم الإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة، بالنسبة للفرضية العامة التي تنص على أن النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي يعانين من صدمة نفسية، قد تحققت مع الحالات الأربعة. والفرضية الجزئية الأولى التي تقول أن النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي يعانون من مستوى مرتفع من الصدمة النفسية، قد تحققت مع حالتين فقط. أما بالنسبة للفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي تنص على أن النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي يعانين من أعرض الصدمة النفسية، فقد تحققت مع الحالات الأربعة.

Study summary: The study aims to reveal the level of psychological trauma in women with breast cancer. The problem has been identified and the following question posed for our study: - Are women with breast cancer traumatized? This general question is divided into the following sub-questions: - What is the level of psychological trauma in women with breast cancer? - What are the symptoms of psychological trauma in women with breast cancer? The study included two theoretical aspects containing three chapters, chapter I presenting the general framework of the study, Chapter Two on Psychological Trauma and Chapter Three on Breast Cancer The applied aspect contained field research and hypotheses verification The clinic curriculum and the half-oriented interview were used, and the psychological trauma assessment questionnaire was used for Tromac The study was conducted on 4 cases of women with breast cancer in a hospitalized position after diagnosis of malignant tumours at the level of Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital. After analysis of the interview of cases and calculation of the results of the scale, the hypotheses of the study were answered. The general hypothesis that women with breast cancer suffer from psychological trauma was achieved with the four cases and the first partial hypothesis that women with breast cancer suffer from a high level of psychological trauma was achieved with only two cases and for the second partial hypothesis, which states that women with breast cancer suffer from symptoms of trauma, it has been achieved with the four cases.
