Abstract

This study aims to address the impact of the exchange rate on monetary variables in Algeria, where the theoretical framework of the exchange rate was addressed, in addition to the development of the exchange rate system in Algeria. As well as the study of monetary variables under study consisting of inflation, interest rate, and monetary mass. The determinants of choosing the exchange rate in Algeria were diagnosed during the period 1999-2019, where the descriptive approach was used to address the theoretical foundations of the study variables, and the analytical approach was used to treat the statistical outputs of the standard study.
