التمثلات الاجتماعية لطلبة الدكتوراه حول مستقبلهم المهني وعلاقته بقلق المستقبل لديهم

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة والموسومة ب: التمثيلات الاجتماعية لطلبة الدكتوراه حول مستقبلهم المهني وعلاقته بقلق المستقبل لديهم، إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية أو التفاعلية بين التمثيلات الاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل، وهذا بعد التحقق من مستوى كل منها لدى عينة الدراسة. وللتعامل مع هذا الموضوع لجأت الطالبتين إلى المنهج الوصفي في طابعه الارتباطي، ولجمع البيانات من الميدان تم تطبيق مقياس التمثيلات الاجتماعية ل: (عيسى رمانة2022 ( ومقياس قلق المستقبل ل: (زينب شقير 2005 ( على عينة من طلبة الدكتوراه والدكاترة غير الموظفين من مختلف التخصصات قوامها: 69 طالب وطالبة منهم: 26 ذكور و 43 إناث. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : ➢ يبدي أف ا رد العينة تمثيلات سلبية نحو مستقبلهم مهني . ➢ يبدي أف ا رد العينة قد ا ر مرتفعا من قلق المستقبل. ➢ توجد علاقة ارتباطيه عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات متغير التمثلات الاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل لدى طلبة الدكاترة غير موظفين. ➢ لا توجد فروق في متغير التمثلات الاجتماعية وقلق المستقبل لدى الطلبة والدكاترة غير الموظفين تبعا لعامل الجنس. Summary: This study, titled; (students’ social representations about their professional future and their relationship to their future worried), aimed to discover the nature of the relational or interactive relationship with the enactment of social representations and future worried, and this after verifying the level of them in the study sample to deal with topic, the two students resorted to the descriptive approach in its relational nature. for all data from the field, we used the Social Representations Scale (aissa romana, 2022) and the Future Anxiety Scale (zainabshacir,2005) on a sample of doctoral students from various specializations, consisting of 69 male and female students, including 26 males and 43 females. The study yielded the following results: ➢This sample members have negative representations about their professional future ➢The sample members show a high level of worried about the future ➢There is a statistically significant correlation between the degrees of change (for social representations and future worried) among the students of the university through the employees. ➢There are no differences in the gender variable for doctoral students regarding social representations and future worried.
