Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of training in improving the performance of employees at the level of the public hospital institution in Tablat, The study was determined by an independent variable, which is training, and a dependent variable, which is the performance of employees, We also used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, as a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 workers, The number of forms that could be analyzed was 30 copies, In addition to using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the questionnaire's data.The study concluded that training contributes to improving the performance of employees, and the main objective of the training process is to remove weaknesses and shortcomings in the performance of employees, so it represents the main pillar in developing and improving the performance of the human element.
