Abstract

This study amis to research how to use financial and non financial indicators, to assess the financial perfomance of the economic institution and that is through, describe the general concepts of financial analysis and the various indicators he employs to assess the financial situation of the institution, the study addressed the evaluation and measurement, of financial perfomance of the valve unit at the beauval foundation, so that the institution included, in the unit for the period from 2014 to 2016, based on a range of financial non financial indicators the most important and appropriate study, where the efficiency of the in stitution sperformance in the use assets zas selected using liquidity and activity ratios and financial balance indicators, and to test the development of the institution using growth rates as well as non financial indicators that provide relevant infor ;ation, on operational perfarmance and which to the control of this performance, these indicators are calculated an animmediate basis, enabling managers of productive works hops to monitor activity continuously, and then indentify and solve problem on the groundonce the accur, the objective of the financial and non financial indicators is to measure progress and contimrous improvement.
