دور العمـل التطوعي في تحقيق التنميـة المحليـة

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسـة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العمل التطوعي والجمعيـات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في جانبها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي حيث تم تناول مفهوم العمل التطوعي ومجالاته ومعوقاته وتجربة الجزائر في تطبيقه على أرض الواقع، كما تناولنا التنمية المحلية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية مفهومها مجالاتها ومعوقاتها وتجربة الجزائر في تحقيق التنمية المحليـة وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي وتقنية الاستمارة والنظرية البنائية الوظيفية وبعض الدراسات السابقة. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the role of volunteer work and associations in achieving local development in its social and economic aspects. It dealt with the concept of volunteer work, its fields and obstacles, and Algeria’s experience in applying it on the ground. We also discussed local social and economic development, its concept, its fields and obstacles, and Algeria’s experience in achieving local development. To answer the problem raised, the descriptive approach, questionnaire technique, structural-functional theory, and some previous studies were used.

Résumé : Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le rôle du volontariat et des associations dans la réalisation du développement local dans ses aspects sociaux et économiques. Elle a abordé la notion de volontariat, ses domaines et ses obstacles, ainsi que l'expérience de l'Algérie dans son application sur le terrain. a également discuté du développement social et économique local, de son concept, de ses domaines et obstacles, et de l'expérience de l'Algérie dans la réalisation du développement local. Pour répondre au problème soulevé, l'approche descriptive, la technique du questionnaire, la théorie structurale-fonctionnelle et certaines études antérieures ont été utilisées.
