Abstract

Most small and medium-sized enterprises rely on banks to finance them in all the countries of the world, In the last years, banks the adopt the Islamic dealing in banking operation appeared, they compete with traditional banks, one of these banks is AL BARAKA bank which we find it in Algeria, it began its activity in more than twenty years, it has many branches that are widespread in the states of Algeria, including branch of agency EL-BLIDA, So this study come to find out the practical fact of AL-BARAKA (agency EL-BLIDA) in the present time, which is an opportunity for lot of institutions to request the finance because the owners of these institutions are not dealing with traditional banks, they deal with usury, and the problematic of finance this subject is: what is the contribution of Islamic banks to finance small and medium enterprises ?
