This thesis presents a comprehensive study on wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM), focusing on its application in precision manufacturing processes. Beginning with an overview of EDM principles and the wire EDM process, the study delves into functional analysis to understand project requirements. Insights gained from the analysis inform the selection of components, ensuring optimal performance of the wire EDM machine. The design phase includes 3D assembly and detailed component analysis, facilitating the realization of the machine. By systematically addressing key aspects of wire EDM design and implementation, this work contributes to advancing precision manufacturing technologies, with potential implications for various industries.fr_FR
