التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي بين روح الالتزام والحالة الاقتصادية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الدوافع والعوامل المؤثرة في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي وقد انطلقنا من التساؤل العام: ما هي الدوافع والعوامل المؤثرة في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي. وقد أدرجنا تحت هذا التساؤل سؤالين فرعيين وهما: 1/ ما هي الدوافع الروحية والأخلاقية للتمسك بالنشاط الحرفي. 2/ ما هي العوامل الاقتصادية المؤثرة في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي حاولنا في هذه الدراسة اختبار الفرضيتين الجزئيتين 1/ الالتزام الروحي والأخلاقي يؤثر في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي. 2/ الحالة الاقتصادية تؤثر في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي منهجيا بنيت دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي معتمدين في جمع البيانات على المقابلة كأداة رئيسية حيث تم توزيعها بشكل قصدي على حرفيو غرف الصناعة التقليدية ومحلات الحرف بمدينة المدية. وقد كانت من أبرز نتائج الدراسة: ( الجزء 03) - تؤثر الدوافع الروحية والأخلاقية في التمسك بالنشاط الحرفي من خلال تأثير المرجعية الأسرية وتحقيق الذات وقيمة العمل الحرفي في هذا التمسك. - تؤثر الحالة الاقتصادية بمختلف مؤشراتها أكثر على النشاط الحرفي وممارسته.

Summary: This study aimed to identify the most important motives and factors influencing adherence to craft activity We started from the general question: What are the motives and factors influencing adherence to craft activity? Under this question, we have included two sub-questions: 1/ What are the spiritual and moral motives for adhering to craft activity? 2/ What are the economic factors affecting adherence to craft activity? In this study, we tried to test the two partial hypotheses 1/ Spiritual and moral commitment affects adherence to craft activity. 2/ The economic situation affects adherence to craft activity. Methodologically, our study was built on the descriptive approach, relying in collecting data on the interview as the main tool, which was distributed intentionally to the craftsmen of the traditional industry rooms and craft shops in the city of Medea. The most prominent results of the study were: (Part 03) Spiritual and moral motives influence adherence to craft activity through the influence of family reference, self-realization, and the value of craft work on this adherence. The economic situation and its various indicators have a greater impact on craft activity and its practice
