Abstract

Through our research, "Translating epidemiological terms from French into Arabic, a comparative analytical study of translations of Covid-19 terms" contained in the Dictionary of Covid-19 Terms, we seek to analyze and compare suggested translations in the blog. The research is divided into a theoretical and an applied section. The theoretical section is divided into two chapters. The first chapter dealt with the concept of general language and the language of specialization, the medical term in general and the epidemiological term in particular. The second chapter includes specialized translation and its methods, and highlights the translation of the epidemiological term and the difficulty of its translation. As for the applied section, we devoted it to presenting the blog, then we dealt with some selected models for study, analysis and comparison
