سياسة نابليون الثالث - والمملكة العربية (1861- 1870)

Abstract

ملخص: كان مراد نابليون أن يغدو إمبراطورا على فرنسا، ولم تتوقف رغبته عند هذا الحد وإنما كان مراده أن يجعل البحر المتوسط بحيرة فرنسية وامتدادا لها، وعلى هذا الأساس قام بمحاولة جعل الجزائر مقاطعة لفرنسا وكانت سياسته متبذبة بين تلبية مطالب الكولون الأوروبيين وبين مسايرة الأهالي الجزائريين، وعلى هذا الأساس فقد ظهر مصطلح المملكة العربية في ستينات القرن التاسع عشر ويقصد به أساسا جعل الجزائر مملكة عربية مع تنصيب الأمير عبد القادر ملكا عليها نيابة عن نابليون الثالث إمبراطور الفرنسيين، مع إقصاء فكرة انبعاث دولة جزائرية. Abstract: Napoleon III was to become emperor of France, and his desire did not stop there, but rather to make the Mediterranean a French lake and its extension. On this basis, he tried to make Algeria a province of France. His policy was fluctuating between meeting the demands of the European colon and keeping pace with the Algerian population. On this basis, the term "Arab Kingdom" emerged in the 1960s and is essentially intended to make Algeria an Arab Kingdom with Prince Abdelkader's inauguration on behalf of Napoleon III, the Emperor of the French, while excluding the idea of the resurgence of an Algerian State.
