المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بمدينة المدية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات: الجنس -السن- الأقدمية -التخصص.

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني بمدينة المدية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في طابعه التقييمي وذلك من خلال تطبيق مقياس المناعة النفسية للشريف (2016) المأخوذ من دراسة إبراهيم مصطفى جبريني (2020)، وذلك بعد التحقق من خصائصه العلمية (الثبات والصدق)، وبعدها تم تطبيقه على عينة من المستشارين قوامها 124 مستشارا، وبعد القيام بالمعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSSV27)، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:  مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي والمهني مرتفع.  هناك اختلاف في ترتيب ابعاد مقياس المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي والمهني لصالح بعد المواجهة التكيفية  هناك اختلاف بين الجنسين في مستوى المناعة النفسية لصالح الاناث مقارنة بالذكور.  عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه بولاية المدية تبعا لمتغير الاقدمية.  هناك فروق في مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه تبعا لعامل السن لصالح الفئة العمرية مابين 36-45 سنة.  عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه بولاية المدية تبعا لمتغير التخصص.

Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate the level of psychological immunity with guidance and counseling consultants in the city of Medea, The descriptive method was relied upon in its evaluative nature, This is done by applying Al-Sharif’s psychological immunity scale (2016) taken from the study of Ibrahim Mustafa Gibrini (2020), and this is after verifying its scientific properties (reliability and validity), Then, it was applied to a sample of 124 advisors, After performing statistical processing using the statistical package (SPSSV27), We reached the following results: • The level of psychological immunity among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors is high. • There is a difference in the order of the dimensions of the psychological immunity scale among school and vocational guidance and guidance counselors in favor of the adaptive confrontation dimension. • There is a difference between the sexes in the level of psychological immunity in favor of females compared to males. • There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological immunity of guidance and guidance counselors in the state of Medea according to the seniority variable. • There are differences in the level of psychological immunity among guidance and guidance counselors depending on the age factor in favor of the age group between 36-45 years. • There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological immunity among guidance and guidance counselors in the state of Medea according to the specialty variable.
