Abstract

The aim of this study is to highlight the extent to which transformative leadership contributes to the application of the strategic management path of the Poval Company, where a sample of 31 employees was relied upon. In the study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical curriculum using identification as a data collection tool, where the study was divided into a methodological and applied aspect in which hypotheses were verified. The study found a series of results, the most important of which: the level of operationalization of the strategic management approach of the Poval Foundation (Poval) is high while the level of application of transformative driving was medium and there is no statistically significant correlation at a moral level (0.05) Between the three dimensions of transformative leadership and strategic management except after the inspirational stimulation our study found that there is a correlation between inspirational stimulation and strategic management.
