Abstract

This study seeks to shed light on the financial policy and how to rationalize it by means of financial decision-making criteria، by addressing the various concepts related to the variables of the study on the theoretical side and then projected on the field side on one of the productive economic public institutions represented in the Algerian Corporation for the Production of Electricity and Gas - Medea - Where the study relied on the analysis of budgets and the schedule of calculating the results provided by the institution during the three years 2018-2019-2020. The various indicators and ratios of financial analysis were also calculated that enable the analysis and evaluation of the financial position of the institution without abandoning some of the criteria for making financial decisions، in addition To the next that with the administrator in the institution. It was concluded through the results of the study that the Algerian Corporation for the production of electricity and gas has an integrated relationship between its financial decisions taken and its financial policy، in addition to having an acceptable financial position as a result of its appropriate use of standards.
