النظام القانوني لقيم البورصة في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

ان بورصة الجزائر جاءت كنتيجة حتمية لسلسلة الاصلاحات التي شهدتها البلاد سنة 1980فانها تعد السوق الثانوي او المكان الذي يجتمع فيه المستثمرين لشراء وبيع الاوراق المالية ،فبورصة الجزائر كغيرها من البورصات العالم لها هياكل تنظمها وتسيرها ومن بين هذه الهياكل لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة ومراقبتها.فبورصة الجزائر تحظى لحماية جزائية من خلال سن المشرع الجزائري لمجموعة النصوص القانونية التي جرمت فيه اي فعل يمس باستقرارها واستقرار اقتصاد البلاد. summary: The Algiers Stock Exchange came as an inevitableresult of the series of reformsthat the country witnessed in the year 1980, as itisconsidered the secondarymarketor the place whereinvestorsmeet to buy and sellsecurities. The Algiers Stock Exchange enjoyspenal protection through the Algerian legislator'senactment of a set of legaltexts in whichitcriminalizesanyactthat affects itsstability and the stability of the country'seconomy. résumé: La Bourse d'Alger est le résultat inévitable de la série de réformes dont le pays a été témoin en 1980, car elle est considérée comme le marché secondaire ou le lieu où les investisseurs se réunissent pour acheter et vendre des titres. La Bourse d'Alger bénéficie d'une protection pénale à travers la promulgation par le législateur algérien d'un ensemble de textes juridiques dans lesquels elle criminalise tout acte portant atteinte à sa stabilité et à la stabilité de l'économie du pays.
