Abstract

This study aims at identifying the impact of the training process on the productivity of the economic institution, considering that the training is one of the most important mechanisms followed by the institution for this purpose and on this basis we conducted a field study on a sample of in bufal (pump unit ) in this study on the analytical descriptive approach and the case study methodology to ansewar the problem and verify the validity of the hypotheses .
