Abstract

This study is an attempt to explain that the process of evaluating the financial performance is one of the necessary processes in the institution given its need of it, since it enables it to determine the strengths and weaknesses found in its different made decisions on the one hand, and the relative scarcity of financial resources which requires rationality and maturity in managing as well as exploiting it, on the other hand. The evaluation of the financial performance can be done either through several financial indicators which study and address the financial lists or through comparing the expected performance with the actual performance and then working on making the right decisions through benefiting from it.
