Abstract

ملخص: إن مشكلة العنف في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة هي مشكلة عويصة، وتركز على الجزائر كمثال لدولة نامية تعاني من هذه الظاهرة. إن العنف يُعزى إلى عدة أسباب، بما في ذلك الهجرة الريفية المفرطة وانتشار الأحياء الفوضوية والفقيرة. كما أن هنالك تحولات السريعة في المدن الجزائرية، مثل المدية، نتيجة للتوسع العمراني وارتفاع الطلب على الإسكان. ورغم توفير الأراضي والبرامج السكنية، إلا أن الأزمة السكنية مستمرة. إن ظاهرة العنف تعتبر واحدة من أخطر الظواهر التي تؤثر في النسيج الاجتماعي، وقد تمت دراستها من قبل الباحثين على مختلف المستويات. وتسعى الدراسة المذكورة إلى فهم العنف في الأحياء الجديدة وتسليط الضوء على تدميرها الأخلاقي والفساد الناتج عنها. . Abstract: The problem of violence in new residential neighborhoods is a serious issue, with a focus on Algeria as an example of a developing country suffering from this phenomenon. Violence is attributed to several factors, including excessive rural migration and the spread of chaotic and impoverished neighborhoods. There have been rapid transformations in Algerian cities, such as Médéa, due to urban expansion and high demand for housing. Despite the provision of land and housing programs, the housing crisis persists. The phenomenon of violence is considered one of the most dangerous phenomena affecting social fabric, and it has been studied by researchers at various levels. The mentioned study aims to understand violence in new neighborhoods and shed light on its moral destruction and resulting corruption.
