Abstract

Considers incentives of basic effects that play an Important role in the individuals behavior, in which they can create the desire to have the performance, where it is an important agent in determining behavior of individuals at work, this study aims to identify the impact ofincentives system to improve the performance of employees in Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, designed questionnaire included a questions that are related to the subject of study in the practical side, and relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical side, so we were able to answer the following delimma "How incentives system contribute that improves individual performance in Fonds régional de cooperation agricol?.
