يعد التراث الغابي الوطني عنصرا أساسيا في النظام البيئي، إلا أن الانتهاكات الممارسة عليه أدت إلى تدهوره والإخلال بتوازن النظام البيئي. فرضت هذه التحديات على المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون رقم 23-21 المتعلق بالغابات والثروات الغابية، وضع وسائل قانونية لحماية التراث الغابي الوطني من كل ضرر قد يمسه، أبرزها وسيلة الضبط الإداري الغابي، حيث أثبتت هذه الوسيلة تحقيقها للتنمية المستدامة وتحكمها في الحد أو التقليل من تدهور التراث الغابي الوطني عملا بمبدأ الوقاية، من خلال ما تتخذه هيئات الضبط الإداري الغابي في سبيل حماية هذا المورد الطبيعي من إجراءات إدارية قبلية وبعدية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التراث الغابي الوطني؛ الضبط الإداري الغابي؛ التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The national forest heritage is a fundamental component of the Eco-system, however, the violations practiced against it have led to its degradation and imbalance the Eco-system. These challenges have imposed on the Algerian legislator, through the Law N 23-21 related to forests and forest resources, to put means to protect the national forest heritage from any potential harm, most notably the forest administrative control tool. This tool has proven to achieve sustainable development and control the deterioration of the national forest heritage according to the principle of prevention by the forest administrative control bodies Will take to protect this natural resource from both pre- and post-administrative measures. Résumé : Le patrimoine forestier national est un élément essentiel de l'écosystème, mais les violations qui se pratiquée impose à sa détérioration et à la perturbation de l'équilibre de l'écosystème. Le législateur algérien, par la loi n° 23-21 sur les forêts et les ressources forestières, de mettre en place des moyens juridiques pour protéger le patrimoine forestier national de tout dommage, notamment le moyen de police administratif forestière. Cette méthode a prouvé sa capacité à promouvoir un développement durable et à contrôler ou réduire la dégradation du patrimoine forestier national en vertu du principe de prévention, par mesures préventives prises par eux pour protéger cette ressource naturelle avec des procédures administratives préalables et postérieures.
