Abstract

: تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع زواج القاصرات باعتباره ظاهرة اجتماعية لا تزال رائجة في المجتمعات التقليدية، وقد تمحورت الإشكالية حول تحديد العوامل الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والثقافية التي تؤدي إلى تفشي هذه الظاهرة، فضلاً عن استكشاف الآثار السلبية التي تترتب عنها على الفتاة القاصر والمجتمع بصفة عامة. تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث تم تحليل مجموعة من الحالات الواقعية لضحايا هذا النوع من الزواج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفقر، الجهل، الأعراف الاجتماعية، والخوف من "العنوسة" تعتبر من أهم المحفزات وراء تزويج الفتيات في سن مبكرة. وأظهرت النتائج أن لهذا الزواج تداعيات وخيمة على المستوى النفسي، الصحي، والتعليمي للفتاة، بالإضافة إلى تأثيره السلبي على بنية الأسرة والمجتمع ككل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تكثيف الجهود التوعوية، وسَنّ قوانين صارمة لحماية حقوق الطفلة، وتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية والإعلامية للحد من هذه الظاهرة. This thesis explores the phenomenon of early marriage among girls in traditional societies, considering it a complex social issue. The study focuses on analyzing the social, economic, and cultural factors that contribute to the persistence of this practice, in addition to identifying the serious consequences it causes for underage girls and society as a whole. A case study method was adopted, analyzing real cases of girls who were married at an early age. The findings reveal that poverty, ignorance, traditional norms, and the fear of remaining unmarried are among the key drivers behind child marriage. The consequences are notably negative, including psychological trauma, health complications, school dropout, and long-term family instability. The research concludes that awareness campaigns, strong legal frameworks, and the active involvement of educational and media institutions are crucial to combating this practice and protecting children’s rights.
