دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية

Abstract

عالجنا في دراستنا التي تناولناها إشكالية دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية مستندين على عدة تساؤلات فرعية محاولين الإجابة عليها من خلال تبني المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وباستخدام أداة تحليل الموضوع وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاث (03) أطر، الأول الإطار المنهجي تناولنا فيه تحديد الإشكالية وطرح التساؤلات وتحديد المفاهيم، أما الثاني الإطار النظري المكون من فصلين (02)، الفصل الأول يحتوي على ستته (06) مطالب للمتغير ــــ الاتصال التنظيمي ـــ فيما خصصنا الفصل الثاني للمتغير ـــ التنمية المحلية ـــ كذلك بستة (06) مطالب، بينما الفصل الثالث مكون من ثلاثة (03) مطالب أين تطرقنا للدراسة التحليلة للموضوع من الناحية الكيفية والكمية واتخذنا من ولاية المدية كإقليم إداري نموذجا للإجابة على الإشكالية وفي الأخير تم صياغة النتائج المتوصل إليها. In our study, we addressed the problem of the role of organizational communication in achieving local development, based on several sub-questions, trying to answer them by adopting the descriptive analytical approach. Using the topic analysis tool, the study was divided into three (03) frameworks. The first is the methodological framework in which we address defining the problem, asking questions, and defining concepts. The second is the theoretical framework consisting of two (02) chapters. The first chapter contains six (06) demands for the variable - communication.Organizational - while we devoted the second chapter to the variable - local development - also with six (06) demands While the third chapter consists of three (03) demands, we touched on the analytical study of the topic from a qualitative and quantitative perspective, and we took the state of Medea as an administrative region as a model to answer the problem, and in the end, the results reached were formulated.
