| dc.description | تعد حرية التنقل من بين الحريات الأساسية حيث تؤهل و تمهد للإنسان مزاولة نشاطاته و حياته بكل راحة و اطمئنان، الأصل هو أن يتمتع الفرد بحق في ممارسة التنقل دون تقييد لكن تقييد هذا الحق عن طريق التوقيف أو المنع ما هو إلا استثناء مؤقت تستند عليه دواعي أمنية، حيث أكدت كل الدساتير الجزائرية على أهمية هذه الحرية و تم منحها قيمة دستورية حيث كفلها المؤسس الدستوري الحماية اللازمة عبر الضمانات الدستورية . الكلمات المفتاحية:حرية التنقل، تقييد، دواعي أمنية، الضمانات الدستورية.
