ن الحق في الغذاء حق أساسي للإنسان، يحضى بالاهتمام الدولي، وتم التأكيد عليه في عدة مناسبات على المستوى الدولي، وتم اعتراف به من خلال مختلف الصكوك العالمية والإقليمية تعتبر مهمة الأمن الغذائي العالمي مهمة ضخمة ومعقدة، و تتطلب تضافر الجهود، الوطنية، الاقليمية، والدولية، حتى أصبحت دول العالم تتسابق لتوفير حق كل شخص في اكتسابه للغذاء الكافي ،و كم أصبح مقترنا بالأمن الوطني و كذا العالمي. summary : The right to food is a basic human right, which attracts international attention, and has been affirmed on several occasions at the international level, and has been recognized through various global and regional instruments.
