Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي محاولة التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه البيئة المدرسية في تطوير الموهبة والتفوق لتلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، لأنه الأنسب لمثل هذه المواضيع، ولجمع البيانات والمعلومات تم استخدام اداة قياس من إعداد الباحثتين، وهو مقياس دور البيئة المدرسية في تطوير الموهبة و التفوق لتلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي، وتم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها 65 مستشارا للتوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي بالمدية، وهذا بعد التأكد من صلاحيته للتطبيق من خلال حساب الخصائص السيكومترية، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss، للتحقق من الفرضيات ، وتوصلت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية: - تساهم البيئة المدرسية بدرجة متوسطة في تطوير الموهبة والتفوق لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه. ــ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ترتيب الادوار التي يظمها المقياس حسب درجة شيوعها بحيث نلاحظ أن بعد (دور التجهيزات المادية) حل في المرتبة الاولى ويليها في المرتبة الثانية بعد (دور أستاذ التعليم الثانوي) وفي المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة حل بعد (دور المنهاج المدرسي). ــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور البيئة المدرسية في تطوير الموهبة و التفوق من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور البيئة المدرسية في تطوير الموهبة و التفوق من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي تعزى لمتغير التخصص. ــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور البيئة المدرسية في تطوير الموهبة و التفوق من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي، تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. abstract The current study aimed to try to identify the role of the school environment in developing talent and academic excellence for high school students, from the point of view of guidance and school counseling, and to achieve this goal, it was relied on the descriptive curriculum, because it is the most appropriate for such topics, and to collect data and information has been done The use of a measurement tool prepared by the two researchers, which is the measure of the role of the school environment in developing talent and excellence for students. By calculating the psychometric characteristics, the data was processed using the SPSS program, to verify the study hypotheses, and the study reached the following results: • The school environment contributes to the development of talent and excellence among high school students, according to the views of the guidance advisers. • There are statistically significant differences in the arrangement of the roles that the scale is intended according to the degree of prevalence, so that we note that after (the role of material equipment) came in the first place and followed in second place after (the role of secondary education professor) and in the third and final place came after (the role of the school curriculum) • There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of members of the study sample towards the role of the school environment in developing talent and excellence from the point of view of guidance and counseling consultants due to the gender variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of members of the study sample towards the role of the school environment in developing talent and superiority from the point of view of guidance and school counseling consultants due to the specialization variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of members of the study sample towards the role of the school environment in developing talent and excellence from the point of view of guidance and school counseling, attributing the variable of work years
