Abstract

This studyaims to know whatis the role of risk management in developing the performance of financial institutions from the point of view of a sample of workers of the externalbank and the agency of the tidal, and to achievethis goal, wedroppedourstudy on a sample of the workers of the externalbank of the tidebank, whereweadopted the descriptive analyticalapproach, wealsodesigned a questionnaire and distributedit to The studysampleconsisted of 35 workers in order to collect and analyze the necessary information for the study. In the end, weobtaineda total of 30 validforms for the study. Aftercollecting and processing the information using the SPSS program, wereached a set of results, the most important of whichisthatthereis a statisticallysignificanteffect of effective control by senior management, adequacy of policies and limits, as well as control over risks and information systems in the development of banking performance in the Algerian Foreign Bank and the Medea Agency.
