Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the Foundation culture in improving the human resources performance at the (AWGRFUM) . The stady population consisted to all human resources. Through the random sample of 97 employees the researcher gathers the primary data bay using the questionnaire tool. After analysis the stady found a number of results including :  The level of Foundation culture at the (AWGRFUM) was mean, by a mean coefficient equal 3.021 , in term of organizational values which ranked first with a mean 3.042.  The the human resources performance level at the (AWGRFUM) was mean. By by a mean coefficient equal 3.328. in term of work quantity which ranked first with a mean 3.52.  There is a significant effect of the Foundation culture on human resources performance at the (AWGRFUM). This explanations and recommendations are also proposed.
