Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير الكلمة المنقولة إلكترونية على قرار شراء الخدمة الصحية في العيادات الصحية الخاصة،وتبرز أهمية الكلمة المنقولة الإلكترونية في تحقيق الشراء في العيادات الخاصة. ولمعالجة إشكالية البحث تم القيام بدراسة إلكترونية واستجواب عينة مؤلفة من 74 من مستهلكي خدمات العيادات الخاصة بولاية المدية ولتحليل بيانات هذا الاستبيان قمنا باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لمعرفة النتائج والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات. لخصت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج مفادها: • يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 لأبعاد الكلمة المنقولة الإلكترونية على قرار شراء • يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين إجابات أفراد العينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة تعزى لخصائص الشخصية من حيث ( الجنس، الفئة العمرية، المستوى التعليمي، الدخل).
