الاستراتيجية الاتصالية للمؤسسات الاعلامية في معالجة قضايا المجتمع

Abstract

تعد هذه الد راسة من الدراسات التي تهدف إلى معرفة الاستراتيجية الاتصالية التي تعتمدها اذاعة المدية في معالجتها لظاهرة العنف المدرسي من خلال برنامجها "تربويات"و لقد تضمن درستنا مقدمة و اطار منهجي و اطار النظري اضافة الى الاطار التطبيقي،فالإطار المنهجي تناولنا فيه اشكالية و التساؤلات الد راسة ،و اهداف الد راسة و اهميتها،أسباب اختيار الموضوع،تحديد مصطلحات الد راسة،والدراسات السابقة،و المنهج المستخدم في هذه الد ا رسة و هو منهج الوصفي تحليلي ،اما عينة الد ا رسة فقد اعتمدنا على حصة اذاعية تذاع في اذاعة المدية حصة "تربويات" ،كما اعتمدنا على اداة تحليل المضمون في تحليلنا للعينة.اما الإطار النظري و الذي قسمناه الى فصلين ،الفصل الاول يتحدث على الاست ا رتيجية الاتصالية من المفهوم و الاهداف الى المبادئ و كيفية تخطيط للإست ا رتيجية الاتصالية و ع ا رقيل التخطيط الاست ا رتيجي.،اما في الفصل الثاني فقد تناولنا مفهوم العنف المدرسي و خصائصه و تطبيقاته المتمثلة في اسباب العنف المدرسي ضف الى ذالك فقد تناولنا الاعلام التربوي و الذي تناولنا فيه مفهومه و مجالاته وأهمية الاعلام التربوي في معالجة العنف المدرسي. اما بالنسبة للإطار التطبيقي فقد تناولنا فيه التعريف بإذاعة المدية و البرنامج تربويات،و التعريف بضيوف الحصة،ثم تحليل الخاص بالمضمون و شكل البرنامج و خاتمة و فيها ملخص للنتائج المتوصلة. Abstract This is one of the studies that aims at knowing the communication strategy adopted by Medea radio in its treatment of the phenomenon of school violence through its program “tarbaweyat” . Our study included an introduction a methodological framework and a theoretical framework in addition to the practical framework. as regards to the methodological framework we addressed the study’s problematic , its objectives and importance , the reason for choosing the topic are , defining the terms of the study , previous studies , also the descriptive and analytical approach method used in this study . as for the sample we relied on a radio session broadcast on Medea radio , named “ tarbaweyat “ , while sampling we relied on the content analysis technique , regarding the theoretical framework –which we divided into two chapters – the first chapter talks about the communication strategy , besides the obstacles to strategic planning . While in the second chapter we dealt with the concept of school violence, its characteristics and applications represented in “the causes of school violence “ moreover we dealt with educational media and its role diminishing school violence . For the implementation framework, we identified Medea radio and “tarbaweyat “program, introducing the guests to the class then analyzing the content, the form of the program and a conclusion that includes a summary of the reached results
