| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة تحليل تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة على أداء الموظفين في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر، مع التركيز على تطبيق بريدي موب كنموذج لتطبيق تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في المؤسسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تشير إلى أن استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة يلعب دورًا حيويًا في تحسين خدمات البريد وتلبية احتياجات العملاء. وكشفت النتائج أيضًا عن أهمية تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء الموظفين وتوفير معلومات دقيقة ومحددة للعملاء. وتعتبر تطوير البنية التحتية المناسبة وتوفير التدريب الملائم للموظفين في التعامل مع التكنولوجيا الحديثة أمراً حاسماً للاستفادة الكاملة من هذه التقنيات. وتوصي الدراسة بمزيد من البحث لاستكشاف مجالات تطبيقات الاتصال الحديثة الإلكترونية في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر، وتقييم تأثيرها على أداء الموظفين وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة. Abstract : This study analyzed the impact of modern communication technology on employee performance in the Algerian Postal Company, with a focus on the "BARIDI MOB" mobile application as a model for the application of modern communication technology within the organization. The study yielded important results indicating that the use of modern communication technology plays a vital role in improving postal services and meeting customer needs. The results also revealed the significance of artificial intelligence in enhancing employee performance and providing accurate and specific information to customers. Developing appropriate infrastructure and providing suitable training for employees in handling modern technology are critical factors for harnessing the full potential of these technologies. The study recommends further research to explore the areas of application of modern electronic communication and artificial intelligence technologies in the Algerian Postal Company, as well as evaluating their impact on employee performance and enhancing the quality of services provided. | fr |
