Abstract

This study aims at identifying the role of using information technology in the preparation of the estimated budgets. This is done by a case study at the SKB, the study was divided into three chapters. The first chapter includes general concepts about the estimated budgets and information technology (concept, characteristics, , Etc.). The third chapter used as a personal interview tool and a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire was divided into two parts representing the first part of the personal and functional characteristics. The second part was divided into two axes. Also the role of using information technology in the preparation of budgets estimated, where the study included 23 employees of the SKB Company, and to analyze the data we used (SPSS), and the study reached a series of results, one of those results is that SKB uses technology to prepare its budgets adapting the current new technology.
